Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) Announces Class 5 Exam Datesheet for 2025

Mohali, Punjab - The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has officially released the examination schedule for Class 5 students for the academic year 2024-25. The datesheet for the PSEB 5th board exams has been made available, ensuring students and their parents can plan accordingly for the upcoming examinations.

Examination Schedule:

  • English: March 7, 2025
  • Punjabi: March 8, 2025
  • Mathematics: March 9, 2025
  • Science: March 10, 2025
  • Social Studies: March 11, 2025
  • Hindi: March 12, 2025
  • Environmental Studies: March 13, 2025

All examinations will commence at 9 AM and conclude at 12 PM in a single session. 

Preparation Tips:

Students are advised to:

  • Review the syllabus thoroughly to ensure all topics are covered.
  • Practice with previous years' question papers and sample papers released by PSEB.
  • Focus on conceptual clarity rather than rote learning, especially in subjects like Mathematics and Science.
  • Manage time effectively during study sessions and the examination itself.

Examination Guidelines:

  • Students must arrive at the examination center at least 30 minutes before the exam starts.
  • Carrying the PSEB Class 5 admit card is mandatory; no student will be allowed to enter without it.
  • Electronic devices, including mobile phones and smartwatches, are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
  • Students should bring necessary stationery items like pens, pencils, and erasers. Sharing of stationery during the exam is not allowed.

The PSEB has urged schools to provide additional support to students, especially in preparation for these foundational exams which are crucial for their academic progression.
